This page sets out the terms and conditions that govern your use of our platform. It explains the relationship between us and our users, the main rules that apply when you open and operate an account, and the procedures we follow for transactions, promotions and disputes. By registering or continuing to use the service you agree to comply with these terms.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. We expect you to keep your password confidential and to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend, restrict or close accounts where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Account verification and limits

We require identity and age verification before permitting withdrawals or where necessary for security and compliance checks. You must provide accurate personal details and any documents requested. We may apply deposit, wagering and withdrawal limits to your account; requests to increase limits will be handled in line with our internal checks and will usually take effect after verification.

Account suspension and closure

We may temporarily suspend accounts to investigate suspected breaches, to complete verification checks, or to protect the account holder. Where we close an account we will inform you of the reason, except where doing so would prejudice an investigation. Remaining balances will be handled in accordance with these terms and any applicable checks.

Eligibility requirements

Accounts are available only to eligible individuals. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Access may be restricted in certain territories and we reserve the right to refuse registration from persons in locations where use of the service would be unlawful.

Acceptable platform use

Users must not use the platform for unlawful activity, to attempt to manipulate games or promotions, or to operate multiple accounts. Commercial use, automated access, or any activity that places undue load on our systems is prohibited. We will take action against accounts that engage in collusion, bonus abuse, or other unfair practices.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotional offers are subject to specific terms published with each promotion. General rules include eligibility restrictions, wagering requirements and game weightings as set out in the promotion terms. Bonus balances may be voided if we suspect abuse or breach of promotion rules, and we may exclude players from offers where appropriate.

Deposits and withdrawals

Available payment methods, minimum and maximum values, and processing times are shown in your account payments area. All withdrawals are subject to verification and may be processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible. We may impose limits and apply checks to prevent money laundering and to verify source of funds. Fees and processing times depend on the payment method and are set out at the point of transaction.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint you should contact our support team in the first instance. We will investigate and respond promptly, seeking to resolve matters amicably. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly we may offer escalation to an independent complaints body or refer the matter to the courts in the United Kingdom where applicable.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified to registered users and published on the site. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the changes you should stop using the service and close your account in accordance with the account closure process.
